Returns

Kej happily accepts the returns of product in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, or unused with Kej tags attached) within 15 days of the order date. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns or anything Kej reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. We handle returns on a product basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Refunds for product returned within 30 working days. For the quickest returns refund, bring your return to our store. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will refund you the amount on any mode of payment. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
