What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can track it at any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

How do I change or cancel an order?

We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however we do offer free returns.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

It can take up to 2-4 business days to ship your order. Excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. All orders submitted Monday through Friday.

Why can't I select the colour/size combination I want?

It’s possible that the item is no longer in stock or sold out.

What if I received a damaged or defective product in my order?

For online orders, if you receive a damaged, or defective reach out to us at kejfouryou@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from KEJ confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
